Beautiful grain and unpredictable color shifts aside (yay for Lomo and expired film), I love shooting film because it’s like the photographic equivalent of opening Easter eggs. Sometimes, pictures of July 4th at Grandma’s are lumped in together with cooking lessons in Thailand and visiting the Louvre in Paris on a rainy winter day.
